Olivia Hughes Recruitment is a boutique specialist recruitment agency providing a high-end, bespoke and professional recruitment service, specialising in HR recruitment.

We are specialists in connecting HR professionals with businesses who are seeking talented individuals to join them. We recruit throughout the UK for roles across the entire HR spectrum, including People/Employee Relations, L&D, Reward, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, HRIS and Payroll. We also recruit at all levels from entry level roles to Directors.

Whilst recruiting for HR professionals is our niche, we do also very successfully recruit across various other business areas.
