Having come from an in-house recruitment background where my ultimate belief was that we would never compromise on our recruitment process, I established Olivia Hughes Recruitment just over 6 years ago with one vision in mind...to create a recruitment agency that was different to all the other recruitment agencies out there. One which was built on delivering exceptional service, high quality and trust.
Our aim is to provide you with a first-class, seamless service which is dedicated to providing you with only the highest quality of candidates. We like to work in partnership with you as an extension to your business in order to build a long-standing relationship. We use a proactive and bespoke approach to sourcing candidates which results in identifying passive (those hidden gems who aren't actively looking for a new role) as well as active candidates. This approach not only allows us to identify the best candidates in the marketplace but enables us to deliver outstanding results.
