What you’ll be doing:

• Be an ambassador for the brand, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead the team to be able to sell with confidence and be present on the shop floor to ensure that retail standards and an exceptional customer service are delivered at all times.
• Support the Store Manager to lead the way in a selling focused environment.
• Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge.
• Work with the Store Manager to ensure that you understand the stores KPI’s, and be able to bring commercial ideas which improve the KPI’s.
• Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team.
• Rota planning.
• Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy in the absence of the Store Manager.

About You:

• You will have retail management/supervisory experience, gained within a store/concession-based retail role.
• You’ll have a proven track-record of delivering high standards and great results.
• You’ll be a people-person with the ability to lead, manage and motivate your team.
• Your customer service will be second-to-none and you will thrive in an environment which is centred around providing extraordinary service.
• Your excellent communication and people skills will enable you to motivate your team and deal confidently with people at all levels.
• You’ll be a self-starter who is commercially focused and proactive in your approach.
• You will be well organised and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
