Job Description:

This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing fashion brands as an E-Commerce Executive. The role will be based at my client’s Head Office in Cheshire and hybrid working is in place where you will be based in the office for 3 days and work from home for 2 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the online store using Magento, ensuring the website is kept up to date with relevant products, updated imagery and banners.
• Monitor product performance to ensure product and category pages are optimised efficiently.
• Responsibility for the Visual Merchandising of the website, ensuring products are displayed correctly.
• Responsible for upselling and cross selling opportunities on product pages to maximise sales.
• Deliver best in class customer experience, working closely with the customer service team to provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
• Support the Ecommerce Manager with ad hoc on-site projects and web developments.
• Supporting with the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Asset management, ensuring samples, copy and images are collated ahead of launches.
• Liaising with the Buying & Merchandising teams to ensure products arrive on time for marketing launches.

• Someone with online experience in a similar role, with experience of Magento.
• You will have a high attention to detail and be highly organised.
• Your analytical skills will allow you to draw conclusions from data and sales reports.
• You will have an enthusiastic and positive attitude and be someone who will thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Having a passion for fashion would be extremely advantageous.
