Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating critical paths, highlighting any issues to the merchandising team.
• Supporting the team in weekly trade reporting by pulling relevant information together when required.
• Managing and updating the shipment tracker, highlighting any late orders to the merchandising team.
• Communicating with suppliers to track orders and to ensure on-time delivery.
• Updating and distributing daily, weekly & ad-hoc reports.
• Supporting in the checking of products online to ensure details are correct.
• Supporting in getting new products online by providing requested information to e-commerce.
• Having basic knowledge of sales reports and how they are used to inform decision making.
• Knowledge of Best and Worst Sellers, with the ability to retrieve the relevant information.
• Creating and distributing PO’s as requested by the merchandising team.
• Working closely with buying and sourcing teams to track orders.
• Liaising with the warehouse & accounts team as and when required.
• Responsible for tracking upcoming shipments & ensuring delivery dates are accurate on the website for the customer.
• Completing minutes for meetings and ensuring these are circulated with actions.
• Assisting with any ad-hoc requests.
