With over 900 cars in stock and a broad and diverse offering of vehicles, this company is committed to delivering exceptional value, a hassle-free buying experience and the highest level of customer service.

With 3 sites currently and the potential of additional new sites, the company is expanding as a result of its constant innovative ways and success to date. If you would like to be a part of this successful automotive business as it continues on its success journey, then this could be the right opportunity for you. There is enormous potential to grow and develop the role as well as developing and progressing your career.
As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day and strategic operation of the site. This includes overseeing everything from vehicle preparation and presentation to online imaging, customer experience, sales performance, and the delivery of finance and insurance income streams.
You’ll be accountable for driving site profitability, delivering consistently high standards, and developing a high-performance team culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role, best suited for someone with proven automotive retail management experience, strong commercial awareness, and an obsession with operational excellence.

About you:

• Proven experience in a senior automotive retail role.
• Strong understanding of the used-car market, F&I products and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• A passion for customer service and delivering a first-class customer experience.
• You’ll be results driven and commercially astute with experience of managing budgets and driving revenue streams.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of DMS and CRM systems, digital retailing and online marketing platforms.
