Job Description:

This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the most trusted, award-winning private healthcare clinics in the UK as a Patient Services Manager.

As a Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all patient-facing services, ensuring high standards of care and support throughout the patient journey. This role includes leadership and coordination of service operations, managing processes, policies, and technologies to enhance service quality, and drive continuous improvement. The role plays a key part in maintaining the efficiency, consistency, and overall patient experience across services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of Patient Advisors, driving continuous performance and motivational leadership to maintain a high-performing team.
• Oversee administrative systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
• Ensure patient satisfaction is consistently maintained by providing opportunities for regular feedback and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate to ensure an excellent patient experience while balancing the commercial viability of the service.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and apply risk management practices.
• Contribute to quality control and regulatory compliance through the monitoring and application of internal systems.
• Stay up to date with current operating procedures and clinical service agreements.
• Promote a culture of compliance with internal policies, quality systems, and external regulations.
• Adopt a strategic approach to the development and management of patient services.
• Monitor service delivery, collaborating with the Quality Manager and Head of Operations to ensure the successful delivery of services.
• Leverage technology and data insights to drive service improvements and enhance the patient experience.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
• Prepare KPI reports and other key metrics for the senior management team.
• Keep updated with current procedures and clinic agreements, ensuring the team is aligned with best practices.

About You:
• You will have proven experience in patient service management within a medical or healthcare setting.
• Previous team management experience is essential, and it would be advantageous for this to have been gained within the medical or healthcare industry.
• It is imperative that you exhibit exceptional empathy and a genuine dedication to patient service.
• Your exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills will allow you to successfully manage a high workload efficiently.
• Your excellent communication skills will enable you to confidently and professionally build rapport, with both internal colleagues and with patients.
• You’ll be PC literate and able to work with IT systems.
