Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

• Devise and implement the paid media plan to deliver exceptional results, carrying out strategies to grow paid activity to align business growth.
• To lead, motivate and develop the paid media team.
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers and partners is fundamental in the role.
• Budget and target management; identifying any overspends/efficiency opportunities and then taking the appropriate action.
• Ensure that the business remains ahead of all industry updates and is first to market with new developments across the paid media landscape.
• Develop a strong working relationship with key partners and take ownership, including Google, Facebook and Criteo.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a proven career within the paid media space, either working on the agency or client side. It's pivotal to be knowledgeable of the digital landscape and of any new advancements across paid media in order to identify opportunities and to be the first to market with new developments. You'll be very commercial in your approach, have strong time management skills as well as being self-driven and passionate about driving forward the paid media agenda. You'll be a proven leader and have the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
