This is a perfect entry-level role for a graduate who is looking to start their career or someone currently working as a Product, Buying or Merchandising Assistant.

This is what you'll do:
• Request photography samples from suppliers, post range sign-off.
• Track photography samples and ensure they are delivered to the relevant photography studios, in both China and the UK.
• Accurately complete the attribute sheets, with all SKU information including care instructions, weights, dimensions and any other mandatory information.
• Help to manage production critical paths along with the wider buying team.
• Manage the end-to-end NPD critical path, highlighting areas of concern to the buying team.
• Have an agile approach to working and able to problem solve if samples or production is delayed, or ready sooner.
• Be able to report on the status of samples, photography and copy at any given time.
• Assist the buying team in checking final product pages before they go live on the website, including colour, copy and pricing is accurate.

• PC literate, including Excel.
