I established this business to fulfil a gap that I had identified in the market which was to bring together my approach to recruitment into a recruitment agency world. My approach to recruitment has been gained in an in-house capacity, where I headed up the recruitment function for over 11 years for a national specialist retailer who was also a Sunday Times No 1 Best Big Company to Work For.
Having a real passion for recruitment, I truly believe that any business' success is dependent upon recruiting the right people into a business and therefore I always recruit without compromise. I am committed to recruiting high quality candidates and providing candidates with a great recruitment experience.
My approach is somewhat different to the traditional recruitment agency model as my upmost priority is to ensure that the right person is recruited for the businesses which I work in partnership with. I totally understand the importance for any business of making the right hiring decisions first time round, and likewise, for any candidate of ensuring that their next career move is the right one for them.
As a specialist in my field I specialise in the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Industry recruitment, including all levels of Management, Regional and Field based roles as well as Head Office positions. Whilst recruiting within these sectors is my speciality I also very successfully recruit across other business sectors.
